We go the extra mile to source products from local vendors to ensure freshness and support our community. We are dedicated to buying and serving seafood from suppliers who are highly reputable and transparent in their business practices. Lobster Place and Samuels & Sons are two of our most trusted suppliers and have both gone through some of the most rigorous food safety and sustainability certification processes in the industry. Both have strong ties and meet standards set by the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch. Our beverage program features organic, biodynamic, and locally sourced wines along with small batch and locally produced spirits.

We replaced plastic straws in 2018 with biodegradable options, aligning with our commitment to reducing single-use plastic. Our paper takeout containers are made from recycled materials. We have adopted NYC Waste Management rules and regulations for waste disposal, composting, and recycling. Our strong partnership with Ecolab for all our chemical and ware washing needs allows us to work with a company dedicated to protecting the environment, addressing social concerns, and adhering to responsible policies and practices.
